Individual counseling (1to1 counseling)

Ready to step into your power and write your own story?

When you decide to get started with 1to1 counseling, you effectively decide to take your life into your own hands. You will not any longer follow what has been prescribed to you by your circumstances but will rather take control and responsibility. With deciding to invest your time and money into a counseling process, you decide to actively pursue the life that you want to be living. To not only dream, but also start taking the steps. To own your potential and keep going, as long as it takes to reach your goals. To finally believe that everything is possible as long as you keep working for it. To start owning your story.

  • Start implementing all of this into your life and noticing positive changes!

My approach

I’m a counselor as well as a coach, and I combine the best of both disciplines to facilitate your process: I am future-and goal-focused, with the objective of helping you find your solutions as fast and as efficiently as possible. At the same time, when I feel it serves your purpose to go into a topic a bit deeper, then I recommend the use of methods that enable you to do so. And everything I do, I do it within a frame of genuine care and empathy, with understanding and respect for your process. You can read more about my framework and approach here.

I strongly believe that every crisis is, at the core of it, also an opportunity to grow and that you have the potential to, with proper facilitation, efficiently turn your situation around and start experiencing positive change. I also believe that you already have all the resources needed to find your solutions. Discovering and activating those resources is an important part of the process – as is working out potential solutions and testing them, implementing them in real life.
