Counseling
A space to slow down, understand yourself, and feel supported.

Counseling is a space where you can slow down, speak freely, and feel supported while exploring what’s happening inside you. People usually come when something feels emotionally heavy, unclear, or difficult to carry alone, whether in relationships, work, or life more broadly.

It’s less about changing something quickly, and more about understanding yourself more deeply and finding a steadier way to be with what’s there.

 

Counseling and coaching can sometimes sound similar, but they focus on different aspects of change.

 

  • Counseling is about understanding and working through what’s happening inside you; especially when something feels complex, emotional, or unresolved.

  • Coaching is more forward-moving, with a stronger focus on decisions, direction, and creating change in how you show up.

If you’re mostly looking to actively shift patterns, build confidence, or move forward in a structured way, you may want to explore coaching. If what you need is space to slow down, process, and make sense of your experience, counseling may be the better fit.

What we might explore together

You’re welcome to bring anything that feels important:

  • self-doubt or an overly harsh inner critic

  • loneliness or emotional disconnection

  • people-pleasing or difficulty with boundaries

  • feeling lost, stuck, or unsure

  • anxiety, stress, or inner tension

  • questions around identity, belonging, or culture

  • transitions, loss, or major life changes

How counseling with me works

Sessions are 50 minutes and led by you. We follow your pace.

 

My role is to offer a space where you feel safe enough to explore what’s happening within you. We may look at:

  • what you’re feeling and what those feelings are trying to tell you

  • the stories and patterns that shape your inner world

  • how your body responds to stress or emotion

  • how your context, history, or relationships influence your experience

 

Sometimes we talk. Sometimes we slow down. Sometimes we use mindfulness or gentle embodiment. Whatever the form, the focus is always on helping you meet yourself with more clarity, acceptance, and compassion.

 

As understanding grows, so does a sense of steadiness and connection, which naturally opens the door for change.

Availability & Practical details

I offer counseling alongside my coaching work, with a limited number of ongoing spots available.

If you’re interested in counseling, feel free to reach out or book an intro call to check current availability.

  • Sessions: 50 minutes

  • Format: online or in-person (Berlin)

  • Fee: 105 EUR per session
