Stress management, time management coaching
While much of the stress coming from the outside world cannot be avoided, we do have control of how we react to it. Although work and life schedules may be getting more hectic and busy all the time, we still have influence over how we structure and manage our own time. And though times may be challenging, perhaps even chaotic, we still have ways to positively impact our overall wellbeing. These are the premises of this coaching journey, which aims to take you through a process of finding ways to achieve balance, calmness, and hence sustainability in your life.
Employers – having realized how enormous the negative impact of stress-related diseases and absences on their finances and productivity is – have been investing a lot into stress-management training and time management training, to help their employees maintain a level of work-life balance and avoid burnout. While these trainings are great, they are also somewhat limited in scope. In short: trainings train general tehniques (often inadvertently even increasing the pressure on you to use them), many of which can be useful for some but not so useful for others – simply because all humans are different, they have different triggers and challenges, different coping mechanisms, etc. and one tool may be great for one person, but not at all for the other. Stress management and time management coaching, on the other hand, will facilitate your process of finding the approach that works exactly right for you, in your situation, with your specific challenges. For this reason, this journey will enable you to find your very own way of bringing more balance and wellbeing (and very often, boundaries) in your life – and because this solution is yours, you are also more likely to succeed in implementing the planned changes in your life and also maintaining the new habits you commit to.
This coaching journey invites you to find your own ways to best adapt to the unique challenges of your own life with the aim of ensuring balance, calmness and a general sense of wellbeing. In this process, you will work with self-reflection tools to truly understand yourself, your challenges and trigger points, then you will be discovering various tools to find the ones that are exactly right for you in developing your own approach to wellbeing. Throughout the process, you will also learn simple relaxation techniques and will also be practicing mindfulness to help you discover the technique that you are happy to use in the long term, to learn to manage everyday stress and anxiety.
