Coaching Support for Professionals and Leaders

Many capable professionals do not need another generic training. They need structured support for the human patterns that affect how they show up at work: self-doubt, overthinking, procrastination, low energy, unclear boundaries, communication blocks, or the pressure of stepping into a new role.
These challenges are often treated as separate issues.
Someone is “bad at time management.”
Someone “lacks confidence.”
Someone is “not assertive enough.”
Someone is “struggling with leadership presence.”
But in real life, these patterns are often connected. A person who procrastinates may not lack discipline; they may be caught in perfectionism, pressure, or fear of choosing wrong. A person who struggles to speak up may not lack ideas; they may be managing self-doubt, over-responsibility, or fear of conflict. A person showing early signs of burnout may not simply need better productivity tools; they may need support with boundaries, recovery, inner pressure, and sustainable ways of working.
This is where coaching can become a meaningful part of professional development.

A more human approach to development
My work as a psychological counselor and ICF-credentialed coach focuses on authentic confidence, self-trust, communication, sustainable energy, and role transitions. The approach is reflective and practical: we look at what is happening beneath the surface, but always with the intention of helping people act more clearly in real life.
For organizations, this kind of coaching can support professionals who are navigating responsibility, visibility, pressure, transition, or uncertainty. It can be especially relevant for employees and leaders who are capable and committed, but who privately struggle with overthinking, inner criticism, people-pleasing, lack of clarity, or the feeling that they need to keep proving themselves.
The goal is not to turn people into a more polished version of themselves. It is to help them build the self-trust, steadiness, and clarity they need to work and lead with more integrity.
Authentic Leader Unlocked: a flexible coaching-based learning journey
At the moment, one of the most accessible ways to engage with this work is through Authentic Leader Unlocked.
Authentic Leader Unlocked is a flexible coaching-based learning journey for professionals who want to build authentic confidence, self-trust, and steadier leadership under pressure. It gives participants access to my core confidence framework in a structured and accessible format, combining pre-recorded coaching modules, practical tools, guided reflection, and community support.
The current setup also includes live private integration sessions. This means participants can work through the material at their own pace, while still having direct support to connect the tools and reflections to their own real work situations.
This hybrid format is especially useful because authentic confidence is not built only by understanding ideas. It grows through practice. Participants are invited to apply the work to the actual moments where pressure appears: a decision they keep postponing, a difficult conversation, a moment of visibility, a boundary they need to set, or an inner critic that becomes louder when the stakes rise.
Authentic Leader Unlocked can be a good fit for professionals stepping into more responsibility, new leaders, high-potential employees, or anyone who would benefit from structured support around confidence, self-trust, pressure, and communication. It can also be used by organizations as a scalable complement to 1:1 coaching, leadership development, or individual training budgets.
When 1:1 coaching may be the better fit
For some situations, a more personalized coaching format may be more appropriate. This is especially true when someone is navigating a specific challenge, a role transition, early signs of depletion, a complex decision, or recurring patterns that need more individual attention.
For this reason, I also offer focused 1-month coaching sprints and deeper 4-month coaching journeys.
The 1-month sprints are designed for specific challenges where someone needs clarity, support, and immediate momentum. These can focus on sustainable energy, time and energy management, or clarity around a decision, project, or transition.
The 4-month coaching journeys are designed for deeper development. They can support authentic confidence at work, confident communication and presence, or the first 120 days in a new role, promotion, or leadership responsibility.
Together, these options create different entry points into the same body of work: a scalable learning journey through Authentic Leader Unlocked, and more individualized coaching where deeper personal support is needed.
Confidentiality and employer-funded coaching
When coaching is funded by an employer, confidentiality is essential. Coaching works best when employees can speak openly and honestly, without fear that the content of their sessions will be shared.
My coaching follows ICF ethical principles, including confidentiality, respect for client autonomy, and clear professional boundaries. The content of individual sessions is not shared with HR, L&D, managers, or the organization. Where relevant, the employer may receive only basic administrative information, such as dates, number of sessions used, invoicing details, or attendance confirmation.
Any alignment conversation with HR, L&D, or a manager only happens with the client’s knowledge and consent. If a three-way goal-setting or review conversation would be useful, this is agreed transparently in advance.
